Ideal for beginners, this level of training focuses on building consistency through very manageable fitness activities. We'll hold off on the weights are reps for now and will slowly integrate weight training during transformation training. For beginners or infrequent exercisers.
This level of training is for clients who want to lose weight, tone, and improve their overall fitness level. The assumption is that the client has a basic foundation of fitness and looking to increase the level of work, cardio, and emphasis on nutrition to see long term benefits.
This level of training is for advanced athletes who are interested in entering a competition and need a coach or trainer to work with. Those who have entered a show and perhaps didn't place can still benefit from on-going training, coaching, and mentorship. I have been competing for 25+ years.
I work with aspiring competitors in all divisions. I advise athletes to pick out a show several months in advance (or even the following year) and use the time to learn about contest dieting, training, and to attend a few posing classes/clinics, and any local shows.

By enrolling in a training program, the client assumes full responsibility for any injuries sustained during a session. By default, this disclaimer is automatically applied; however, the client is free to provide any required documentation by a medical practitioner indicating that it is safe to move forward with a workout program and shall provide a list of recommended modifications. During registration, clients (drop-in excluded) will be required to fill out a par-q questionnaire and intake form. Muscle soreness and fatigue are all part of a regular workout program, regardless of the level or intensity, and should be anticipated. Steve Haywood Pro Fitness will take all precautions to keep these normally occurring side effects to a minimum.
