This is not some free or paid app you can get through the App store on your phone. You are working with a real trainer and workouts are designed exclusively for you.
You'll have a variety of tools to keep you on track, PLUS one day a week you can go live during your workout if you choose to (optional). Just pick an available day and Steve will be by your side during your session!
Workouts are designed to suit your personal schedule. For example, if your gym days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, sign into the app and do the workout that was designed for you. This is when you and Steve will be interactive.
Every 12 weeks a new program is designed to keep you moving. Before and after images within the app progress reports, and more. This is standard.
Once you log in for your session, weights, reps, and sets are recorded in real-time by you and sent to me through your app. If you have a question about an exercise, just text or even call through facetime and Steve will guide you.
Workouts (up to 4 per week) are pushed to your mobile phone. Open the Steve Haywood Pro Fitness App and get to work. This type of training requires:
By enrolling in a training program, the client assumes full responsibility for any injuries sustained during a session. By default, this disclaimer is automatically applied; however, the client is free to provide any required documentation by a medical practitioner indicating that it is safe to move forward with a workout program and shall provide a list of recommended modifications. During registration, clients (drop-in excluded) will be required to fill out a par-q questionnaire and intake form. Muscle soreness and fatigue are all part of a regular workout program, regardless of the level or intensity, and should be anticipated. Steve Haywood Pro Fitness will take all precautions to keep these normally occurring side effects to a minimum.
