Passive Training

Overview

Passive training is designed for beginners and those looking to incorporate fitness into their everyday routine, but nervous of the prospect of hiring a trainer that will push their limits, at least initially.


We'll find activities that you like (or don't mind doing) and will meet during set  times and dates.  Having an accountability partner that will eventually push you during the next phase is the perfect way to first establish a routine, relationship with me,  while slowly integrating fitness into it.

Low impact

It's a good first step.  Recreational exercising to work on conditioning. During this phase, you will not use weights and there are no reps or sets.

Let's find something you'll actually enjoy that burns calories and works on cardiovascular activity. The goal here is to get you into a routine.  You will be able to increase your workload through Transformation Training when ready.
